alfa laval machine
hi
I have some questions about the 2s kneading machine of alfa laval company, espacially about the malaxing stage. 1. when you buy the machine are there technicians that comes to built it? and does the machine comes with manuel instruction? does the tecnician tells me how to make it work? also about the malaxing machine - does the tanks top part of it is a colander? does it with screws or do I need to put screws so no one will lift it by hand? thank you very much
