I have a fimo 80 unit built in 2002. I bought the unit second hand and in very good condition. However I don't have a manual and trying to get one from the suppliers is like pulling teeth. I received the olimio equivalent but is for the new model and the Fimo is old technology. Can anyone help. I'm also having problems processing very ripe and wet olives. the centrifuge gets plugged and can't get an oil flow.
