overwhelmed with olive oil messages?
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>If you're overwhelmed with the volume of messages posted to this list, why not try this solution first before you unsubscribe? If you're using outlook express, you can create a folder specifically for your olive oil messages, and have them diverted to it when they arrive. That way, your inbox won't be cluttered with messages, and you can browse the olive oil list at your leisure. You use the Inbox assistant to set up the folder. From the menu at the top of the screen, choose tools/inbox assistant. Click on the add button, and you will see a screen that gives you some filtering criteria. This is what I have done: In the To box, type OliveOil@onelist.com In the Subject box, type [Olive Oil] In the lower section of the box, you can choose the action to be performed on all messages with these criteria. I have chosen Move to Folder and I have created a folder called International olive oil list. Now all of my olive oil messages go straight to that folder, and my inbox is free for other mail. I hope this helps some of you. Regards, Margaret Chidgey [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] </pre> </td></tr></table> |
