Chemical Aids Used to Increase the Efficiency of Olive Oil
Extraction" in the June 2000 edition of the Australian Olive Grower
Journal. The article will discuss the various methods used for
maximising extraction from olive varieties without altering the
quality or character of the final product. It is being researched by
Argentinean/Australian consultant Marcelo Berlanda.
