<pre>Hi Everyone

This is a bit of a long shot, but is there anyone out there who has a recipe
for a Christmas pudding made with olive oil. I'm not sure I really want to
substitute the olive oil for butter at this stage unless I know there is a
tried and tested method. If anyone has any information it would be much
appreciated.
