If you are using the United Parcel Service (UPS),
which I recommend highly for such a small order, the
is nothing special to do. The folks at UPS will assist
you with all the paperwork which is limited to three
copies of your invoice to the client. Do not forget to
write on the invoice the country of origin of the
product (Greece in this case). Do not forget to write
on the invoice that the olive oil is for personal
consumption and not for resale.

UPS might also give you a Customs declaration to fill
out as well. Although the three invoice copies are
enough, please fill it out as well. Having more than
it is required never hurts.

Do not forget to include your customer's telephone
number on the invoice and on the package. UPS has its
own Customs clearance agents and they like sometimes
to have a phone number handy in order to get more info
about a shipment from a local source before they
release it.
