Olive Oil Savantes Qualifier Course will be held in Melbourne from Monday
June 20th to 22nd, and will be followed by the 2005 Blending with the Best
Course (June 23rd to 24th).

The course will be presented in Melbourne at LeMeridien Hotel by
International Extra Virgin Olive Oil Expert and Author Judy Ridgway. The
Culinary uses of Olive Oil session with be presented by one of Australia's
best known Chefs, Gabriel Gate.
