my olive groves both in Cyprus and Turkey are looked after by myself and my immediate family right the way through from tending the trees to picking the olives and selecting for both pressing and for table olives
after pressing i bring back my oil and allow the sediment to settle after which i will personally package and have it transported to the uk, where i sell it through my shop in clerkenwell and over the internet
i label all my produce from Cyprus under the name of murat du cart and all my produce from Turkey under the brand chateau carman
