Olive Pickling Courses
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>Dear All (east coast Australians especially), The Hunter Olive Association will be hosting 2 days of olive pickling workshops in late March this year. Following the success of a similar one day course last year, the HOA has invited Prof Stan Kailis back to present his informative olive pickling course again. This year the course will be split over two days, Introduction and Advanced. The Introduction course will be held on Saturday 29 March at the TAFE College in Cessnock. This is a full day, hands-on course involving some lecture and some kitchen work, and a workbook is provided. The Advanced course will run on Sunday 30 March at a venue to be decided, but does not involve any hands on. Again a workbook will be provided, and as the course content is different, so is the workbook. Cost for each course is $165 per person ($110 for HOA members) including workbook and lunch. Course numbers are limited to 30 people. For further details and bookings, please contact Mike Wilson of the Hunter Olive Association on 0419 244785 or webmaster@... Regards, Mike Wilson. </pre> </td></tr></table> |
