Hunter Valley olive pickling course

<pre>Dear All, The Hunter Olive Association will be holding 2 olive pickling courses at the end of March 2003, to be run by Prof Stan Kailis. Course details are as follows: The Introduction course will be held at Cessnock TAFE in North Avenue, Cessnock - 9am to 4pm on Saturday 29th March 2003 and will include both lecture and practical work in the TAFE kitchen, so there is a list of bits and pieces that Stan suggests you bring with you. The Sunday course will be held at Calais Estate Vineyard in Palmers Lane, Pokolbin 9am to 3pm on Sunday 30th March 2003 and will be lecture only. This is designed as an advanced course. If you have any specific question that you wish Stan to address, please contact me by e-mail and I will forward the questions to Stan to allow him time to prepare the answers. The cost for the course will be $110 per person per day for Hunter Olive Association members and $165 per person per day for non members. Payment must be made before the event. We can accept payment by credit card: Visa, Mastercard or Bankcard only please - or by cheque. Cheques should be posted to : The Hunter Olive Association, PO Box 591, Cessnock, NSW 2325 and made payable to Hunter Olive Association.
