OLIVE PICKLING WORKSHOPS

We now have a date for Olive SA's Pickling workshop. Details are:

DATE: Saturday 17th May

VENUE: Bottega Rotolo (shop)
7 Norwood Parade, Norwood, Adelaide SA

COST: $15.00 includes GST, notes and afternoon tea.

BYO: Olives suitable for pickling, bucket with good fitting lid (or
large 1kg container with screw top lid)

RSVP: Numbers are strictly limited, so bookings are essential.

9426 or admin@... to confirm your attendance.

Workshop conducted by Rosalie Hassan owner of Bottega Rotolo, importers of
fine food. Rosalie is also the Head Judge for OSA's Table Olive Competition
and has had many years experience with producing,and evaluating table
olives.
