I am not a qualified expert but I think I can say that you should at least have
got 10 times more oil out of 600 kgs olive.
The wrong extracting method might be the reason. What kind of a method / machine
did you use ?
I would also like to know from how many trees did you pick up 600 kgs olive ?
Is there any irrigation system applied ? What variety is the olive ?
