Dear Sadoun,

Thank you for your invitation to join the list.

Our company, BIOLEA, produces single estate certified organic stone ground
cold pressed olive oil on the beautiful island of Crete. We are a fairly
new company and our production ranges from 8-10 tons annually. Our website
is : www.biolea.gr

At this time we are looking into the possibility of setting up our own
milling and pressing facilities. If anyone has information about companies
which manufacture this kind of equipment we would be most interested (also
in any new technologies for olive oil extraction).

We look forward to exchanging ideas and information with other list members.

Regards,
George Dimitriadis/Christine Lacroix
