Our company, BIOLEA, produces single estate certified organic stone ground cold pressed olive oil on the beautiful island of Crete. We are a fairly new company and our production ranges from 8-10 tons annually. If anyone has information about companies which manufacture this kind of equipment we would be most interested (also in any new technologies for olive oil extraction).
