New producer in the Sierra Foothills

<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>Our winery has now been open since June 17, 2000.
Great start, great success. We produce our own olive oil:
- our Calaveras Gold Rush (from Calaveras County)
which is made with 100% Mission Olives
- our "Tradition of Provence", a blend of picholine,
manzanilla and other types of olives from Napa and Sonoma,
blended in the style of Provence Olive Oil.
To see our site (still under construction), please go to:

or write us for more information at: Becquet@Goplay.com
Snailmail: P.O. Box 1418, Valley Springs, CA 95252
We are open Wednesday through Sunday, from 11:00am to 5:00pm,
and also serve a delicious luncheon, prepared (of course!) with
our own olive oil. We welcome weddings and banquets on our beautiful
7 ac. site. Our facility is built in the style of a French hunting
lodge where friends are happy to meet after the hunt.
We have a romantic pond and plenty of century-old oaks.
Our location: 2173 Highway 12 East, in Valley Springs, CA 95252
Directions: we are located 3 miles East of Valley Springs on Highway
12, at Highway 12 and Double Springs Road. Within a few minutes
drive, three superb lakes (the best kept secret...but for how long!)
welcome you for camping and recreation. We organize gourmet tastings
on our boat on the New Hogan lake, for limited groups of 10 people.
See sunset on the lake, celebrate a birthday, a corporate event, an
anniversary. Come with friends. Our email: Becquet@Goplay.com
or call us on the phone at 209-772 1303.
