My industry is in Sardinia an island of Italy. Sardinia produce only the 2%
of olive oil of Italy but olive oils of Sardinia won a lot o national
prizes.
I produce only high quality olive oil because we have not enough oil to be

I mill about 1000 t of olive per year and bottle and sell it in Europe.
I have 6.000 tree of olives and I buy too olives from others growers.
From 1995 I am the president of “ASSOFRANTOI”

in my Island who works to resolve problems of members.
At moment we have problems with waters and the new law for the wastes.
We can’t put the waters in city sewer system but we have to carry waters in
tank truck and distribute in ground for max 8 liter per m2.

Waters aren’t armfuls for the environment in low quantity but is necessary
well spread.
