<pre>The "Olive Production and Processing for Premium Quality Olive Oil" course being
run by The Wagga Wagga Olive Centre and Murrumbidgee College of Agriculture is
now being held from Friday 6 to Sunday 8 July 2001 at Wagga Wagga Agricultural
Institute.

We will be drawing on experts from throughout the industry to present on
production, harvesting and processing subjects. The course will combine hands on
praticals with group work, discussions, presentations and social events.

Subjects will include, industry overview, pruning and training, integrated pest
management crop water management, harvest timing, mechanised harvesting, post
harvest handling, processor-grower contracts, QA, small and large scale
extraction, oil chemistry and quality analysis, organoleptic evaluation
