OLIVE OIL HACCP

I am an engineer but I am learning as quickly as I can.
Please, if anybody can provide me with a HACCP study related to Olive Oil
production and bottling (or part of it) as I know they are available in the
world freely but I cannot trace them.

George,

I am a small (and yet to produce ) olive grower in Central
Victoria, Australia.

Your post caught my interest because I did not know what HACCP was
and I like to at least understand what is happening in the industry.

I pride myself on my ability to find information on the internet, so
I did some research. I now know what HACCP is and have found a
number of useful HACCP links/sites. While they may not directly
relate to Olive Production, they may be of interest to you (and
potentially others) as they basically explain how to formulate a
HACCP plan/document.
