Advisory Committee Nominations
<table border=0 cellpadding=2 cellspacing="0"><tr><td>
<pre>Dear All Little more than a year ago I thought about setting up this list for the benefits of exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and answering any questions about Olives and Olive Oil. Since then, the list has grown and thanks to all of you, it is now one of the leading cyberspace discussion groups on Olives and Olive Oil. To foster this growth and to improve the offering of this list, I am considering setting up an advisory committee, a think tank if you will, consisting of 10 prominent members of this group to discuss ways and means to achieve these objectives and to put forth plans for future development of the list. The primary objective is to continue to improve the quality of the list to always meet and exceed the expectations of the membership. Therefore, I am asking for nominees for the Advisory Committee (AC) to contact me directly by January 15th, 2000 at OliveOil-owner@onelist.com if they wish to be considered for this committee. The AC will communicate through a private list created exclusively for this purpose. Priority consideration will be given to the following: ~ Senior members of this list (by seniority, I don't mean age, but by date of subscription to the group) ~ Active participants ~ Nominees who provide me a brief bio and summary of their Olive and Olive Oil experience ~ Prominent people in the industry (farmers, manufacturers, advocates, experts) ~ Consumers Best regards Jamal Sadoun OliveOil list manager [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] </pre> </td></tr></table> |
