I went a few years ago (1994) to the Bologna fair. It is held every year
but the dates are different. You can get in free with a foreign passport.
Book your hotel early as the whole city is full up.

It is mainly for farmers. The range of farm machinery is enormous. Building
after building filled with every conceivable wiz - bang. There are picking
machines and everything associated with olive growing and small mini mills
but from memory nothing in the way of professional mills.
