<pre>Following on from the great sucess of the York Olive Festival held
last year, we have started planning for this years event.
Unfortunately Richard Gawel is unable to Chair the Judging panel
this year, and we are looking for a suitabley qualified judge who
would like to fill this role, and enjoy a few days in beautiful York
WA.
In our first year we had 42 entries, and we are expecting more this
year. The competition is conducted under blind tasting conditions,
and to the highest possible international standards.

come to York in mid June before the Festival (dates flexible to

The York Olive Festival is a joint initiative between the York &
Districts Olive Association, and the York Tourist Bureau. It aims to
encourage excellance in olive oil production, and to promote olive
products to the public.
