There is another yahoo group, where you can ask about the use of olive oil
in Mexican cuisine. COCINA-MEXICANA@yahoogroups.com

For statistical data, you can look at the secretaria de comercio de Mexico.

There is a excellent trade show in Mexico City every two years; usually
around November. In Expo Alimentaria Mexico, many Spanish companies sell
olive oil and brine olives.
