In order to promote the consumption of olives and olive oil, we have to
encourage the people to use these ingredients in their food. Specially here
in the USA, the more awareness we can create about its taste, value, and
health benefits, the higher the demand will be.

In that regards, I have setup a special list just for the exchange of
recipes. I invite those of you in this list interested in cooking and
learning about how olives and olive oil are used in everyday cooking, to
