Frozen Olive Oil

<pre>Hi All, I have not seen the Oil, however the Prof thatt ran our Olive Oil Tasting course in South Africa (who was from Tuscany) talked about the product. It has been on sale for some time and allows the oil to stay fresh. However he siad that the BIG disadvantage was that once you unfroze it you had to use it quickly as it looses its flavour and aroma very quickly. Perhaps they should make it in cubes andd then you only defrost what you require Regards Mike </pre> </td></tr></table> |
