Level 1 Tasting School

<pre>Dear Chuck, I wish to confirm the AOA is to conduct a Level 1 Tasting School on Saturday 19 October at Benalla. The venue will be the Benalla Campus of Goulburn Ovens Institute of TAFE which has modern facilities including commercial kitchens, restaurant, presentation room and classrooms etc This school is to be part of the Golden Olive Awards weekend held by Olive Producers NE Vic.. We would now like to advertise this in the AOA publications and on the web page please can you arrange this? As discussed with you we are able to offer this training at a reduced price because TAFE are making some funding available and are able to provide premises, photocopying etc. We suggest the AOA members will pay $145 per person. This will include morning and afternoon tea and lunch. Following the school the group will conduct its Golden Olive Award Presentation Dinner and we would welcome all participants to attend. The additional cost for the dinner is about $60. We also would like Richard and Zannie to Judge the Golden Olive Awards. Zannie did this last year on the Saturday, but we would like to hold the judging on the Friday to give the judges time and space. We will forward details of the competition classes to Richard and Zannie as soon as they confirm their availability to judge the competition. We also have a table olive section and would like them to judge this. Please forward as soon as possible details of requisites for the school and a master copy for any photocopying required.
