<pre>This is just a reminder that I will be giving a talk on olive oil at the
Centre Om, 7 Compton Street (off Gouger Street opposite the Adelaide
Central Market)this Saturday 24 August from 2-4pm. Ian Behrndt from
Providore Central Market (the gourmet food shop) will be organising a
tasting of local South Australian olive oils. Some of the topics that will
be covered include the grading system, storage, components, stability,
cooking, health properties, organic and biodynamic oils, and comparison
with other oils. The object of the session is to educate consumers about
olive oil. Anyone interested in attending please contact Ian Behrndt on
