We are aiming to hold this course in January 2003 and need at least 12 more interested people to get the ball rolling. This highly practical full day course, run by Richard Gawel, builds on the basic skills developed in Level 1 and covers two major applications of olive oil tasting, which are Blending and Olive Oil Judging. Assessment: Participants will be assessed throughout the day using a variety of methods. There will be no formal tasting test. Outcomes: It is expected that the best performing participants will be invited to judge at one of the major Australian olive oil shows in 2003. Cost: AOA members: $220.00 Non-AOA members: 290.00 To register your interest, please email me at longridge@... or phone (08) 8573 6545.
