Earlier today I visited you site. What you actually say and demonstrate is
really good. However, it takes such a long time to download. Maybe Marco
(who was to offer a service in this regard) can be of assistance to your

I am interested in the products you present and will send an order in due
course. The "infused" aspect created some interest for me (because I crush
my lemons/garlic/parsley and so forth with the olives) and I look forward to
tasting same.

Your prices are competitive with Oz products and I congratulate you on this.
It has certainly been my thrust to keep prices down (and not actually
reflecting the cost of production) in order to gain a wider appreciation
within Oz. Keep it up! After 4 commercial releases I well know the costs
involved.

As for the slow loading, I think the background might be a part of the
problem - it's kinda dark. I have many graphics on my site and when I
began, I had a red background - it was like pouring molasses in winter
to get it to load. We went with a white background and it jumped up and

Many folks won't hang around for a slow site - that's an unfortunate but
true reality when dealing with human critters.

Close. We are situated between Langhorne Creek and Strathalbyn - about 20
odd km North - North East of Goolwa.

Our grove is currently 30 acres, ranging in age from 4yr old down to current
plantings. We may increase this to 45 acres ( or go with wine grapes - we
are in Langhorne Creek grape growing region - yet to be decided)

Varieties planted are Corregiola, Nevadillo for oil , Hardy Mammoth and
Mission ( now Manzanillo !!!) which will be for table and current plantings
of Leccino and some Kalamata.

Pressing is done off site. In South Oz, we are fortunate to have quite a
number of processing facilites available to us, and feel support of these is
more viable than the substantial investment required to set up ourselves.
While we will always keep sufficient oil to maintain our own market, the
bulk of our fruit will be sold under contract once we are in full
production.

If you wish to contact us off list, I will give you a mud map to our place,
and you are most welcome to drop in and see us if you are in the area.
